CHALLENGE

Delivering mandatory learning at global scale is far more than producing e-learning content.

The programme required aligning business priorities with subject matter experts, external partners and regional learning teams while coordinating localization, technical readiness, communications and reporting across multiple markets.

Every workstream had to come together at the right time so that 48,000 employees received a consistent learning experience regardless of region, language or business unit.

One takeaway

The learning content was only one part of the programme.

The real challenge and the most rewarding part was bringing together people, processes and technology to deliver one seamless experience for every learner.
