CHALLENGE

Learning platforms only create value when people use them.

Despite launching a modern learning ecosystem, adoption remained low. Regional learning teams relied on manual processes, content had become outdated, navigation was difficult and employees struggled to discover relevant learning opportunities.

The challenge wasn’t introducing another platform. It was redesigning the entire learning experience so it was easier to manage, easier to navigate and more valuable for learners and administrators alike.

PROJECT JOURNEY

The transformation combined research, governance, platform design, content strategy and

change enablement into a single improvement programme.

01

Understand

Interviewed regional L&D teams to understand adoption barriers, administrator pain points and learner needs.

02

Redefine

Translated research findings into a transformation roadmap covering platform experience, governance, content strategy and administrator enablement.

03

Strengthen Administration

Created workshops, knowledge bases, governance guidelines and a global L&D community to improve administrator capability and platform usage

04

Optimize Content Strategy

Evaluated market providers, negotiated contracts and introduced three new learning libraries aligned to business priorities and budget.

05

Redesign the Experience

Improved platform navigation, refreshed the visual identity and reorganized learning into curated pathways for employees, managers and leaders

06

Launch & Enable

Configured integrations, launched new content and supported regional teams in driving awareness and adoption.

07

Measure & Improve

Tracked adoption, gathered feedback and continuously refined the learning ecosystem based on user behaviour

One takeaway

Adoption wasn’t improved by adding more content.

It improved because the entire learning experience became easier to use and more relevant to people’s work.
